About me
Now, you don’t need to know ABOUT me. I am going to leave the lion’s share of that up to the way I write my blogs, in order to push myself to be more personally expressive through them.
However, if you insist, maybe I can give you some trivia about this blog site anyway.
I’m a Mechanical Engineering student with a deep passion for cars. But even after approximately two decades of car enthusiasm, I still find myself learning new things as time goes on. This blog, I thought, would be a perfect way for me to not only show the world the way I see certain cars through my eyes, but also to encourage myself to do thorough research into the car(s) I’m writing about before publishing an article, to hopefully see the world of automotive development in a clearer, brighter light.
That way, you benefit by (hopefully) enjoying my photos, I benefit by learning how to express my creative side more freely, and both of us benefit by learning about some interesting facts regarding some of the world’s best machines ever made.
Cars have been around us all since we were kids. Look out your window and you’ll see a car (I hope). Most likely, that car isn’t really anything ‘special’. That’s because cars are like a blank canvas. The way you paint your canvas is specific to YOU. Not just in the sense of ‘modifying’ cars, but even just generally in the sense of what you like. A person’s taste in cars says everything about them.
When you see a cool car in public, you might think, “Oh, cool”. Some may even go the extra distance as to take a quick photo on their phone, and, if the topic somehow comes up in small talk later in the future, they pull up the photo and get to learn the smallest bit of trivia about said car.
However, if you were a neuron inside my brain, all you’d have to do is look up and see the fireworks that go off when a piece of automotive beauty crosses my eyes (or even just ears). There’s this inner monologue that goes on in my head, depending on the car. Most of the time, it’s simply just Jeremy Clarkson yapping about.
This blog, although it will include stuff other than cars occasionally, is essentially the recording of that neuron inside my head. He hopes you enjoy the work he has captured over his ~16 years of car enthusiasm. Welcome to Gallery Garage.
